1. GeneralListed rates and quotes are in USDI reserve the right to reject or deny any commission inquiries at my discretion.Image references of the character(s) in question are required. Please provide a clear reference sheet or image of your character(s) for me to work from.
I do not work from description alone.By ordering a commission, you agree not to edit, or have edited the works I have produced.
The exception is if you are commissioning a sketch, you have permission to color it yourself or have a friend color it for you as long as they aren’t charging and no one is profiting. You may not use the sketch as a base for adoptables, even if you are giving them away for free.You must be 18 years or older to order a commission, by agreeing to order a commission, you are signing a contract and by proceeding, you confirm that you are at a minimum of 18 years of age.I do not work on the weekends or official holidays, So I do not answer emails or make progress on commissions these days.For commissions quoted under $200, Payment is required in full upfront before I begin on your commission.Payment plans are available for commissions over $200, and work may begin before full payment is received. Finished product files will not be sent to the client until full payment has been received.2. What I do and do not acceptArtwork that is violent in nature is acceptable with the exception of intense gore. Moderate gore is allowed.
Artwork that features children is acceptable as long as the artwork is not sexual or suggestive in nature.
Artwork that is sexual in nature is acceptable, with the exception of the items listed.
Depictions of heterosexual acts, homosexual acts, or any other or variation of are permitted.
All genders, sexes, and sexual identities are permitted
Depictions of sexual acts with or between non-humanoid or anthropomorphic creatures, be they animals or fantasy creatures regardless of sex or gender are permitted with the understanding that all creatures involved are in consenting age and mindset (I.E. full sentience or ‘Passes the Harkness test’) and are not representative of any real life event and are purely works of fantasy.
Mild kink is permitted.If you have something in mind and you aren’t sure if it falls into the category of what I would or wouldn’t accept, please feel free to contact me and ask.I do NOT accept the following:Adult oriented artwork of non-fantasy animals (I.E. ‘feral’ characters) Adult ‘feral’ artwork is allowed but only when featuring clearly fantasy creatures that are also fully sentient. (Dragons, gryphons, original designs, etc.)
Belly bulge (from penetration or inflation)
Birth or unbirth
Breasts (humanoid or species accurate) on quadruped or ‘feral’ characters
Conception/Impregnation Close up
Cubs (I.E. Children or young animals) In any sexual situation.
Diapers (regardless of the wearer’s age)
Excessively Obese characters (To the point of immobility)
Hate speech or symbolism
Hyper in any form
Inflation
Multiple sets of genitals or breasts (includes hemipenes)
Rape/Non Consensual
Scat/watersports
Vore in any form
Udders (of bovine, equine, or any other variety)I'm not very experienced with machinery, such as vehicles and firearms. I will not decline them, but please understand that the quality of the machinery in question may not be quite on par with things I’m more experienced in.If what you’re commissioning is not fanart of copyrighted characters from a company and is a privately owned original character, you must have permission to request artwork featuring the other party’s character(s), even if the commissioned work is intended to be a surprise.If you would like to commission one of the artist’s personal original characters either on their own or featured with one or more of yours or another party’s, you may inquire about the specific character in question you’d like to feature, be aware that some have restrictions as to what sort of content they may be featured in. The price of the commission will follow the normal guidelines unless stated otherwise.3.Process and CommunicationCommunication is done by email, not the FurAffinity note system.
Once a commission has been finalized and payment has been sent, I send the stages of completion unless otherwise stated, [Sketch, lineart, flat colors] of the image. Minor changes and adjustments may be made to each stage as it’s sent. As soon as each stage has been approved, no more changes may be made to that stage of the commission. If you choose, I can proceed without sending the stages of the commission, and as a result, the image will be completed faster, but no changes may be made as soon as the image is finished.
Large changes are subject to additional charges.Not all commissions are started on the same day, batches are taken monthly and are worked on over the course of the month. The order in which I work on them is at my discretion, once you get the sketch for your commission, progress has begun and it will be worked on alongside two or three other commissions at one time.If you have any questions about your commission or would like an update, you may contact me via email to check the status of your commission. If you haven’t heard from me since the confirmation for the payment was sent, it means progress on yours likely hasn’t started yet. If you begin to worry, you may send a reminder email should you feel it necessary.Deadlines are permitted, but I must be given 30 days at minimum to complete it. If you want to set a deadline, be sure to do so when discussing the details of your commission.
You may not set a deadline once payment has been sent.
You may not change your deadline to an earlier date once it has been set.
I do not accept rush orders.4. Completed ImageUpon completion, .PNG files of your commission will be provided, the high resolution version of your image will be emailed to you. This version is for your own personal use only, and may not be posted anywhere. A smaller version with a watermark will also be included, and this version may be posted to wherever you choose, as long as proper credit for its creation is given.Editing my works without permission is considered disrespectful. Anyone caught editing my works without permission will automatically be blacklisted.You may request completed commissioned images to be kept private from online galleries.I as the artist am permitted to use the image in current and future galleries, portfolios, and art collections.I retain the rights to use the image, but the characters featured or the commissioner will be credited.I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If I decide that I will no longer be accepting your commission and you have already paid, you will be given a full refund. You do not qualify for any refund if the commission has been completed.
If you decide you would like a refund after work has already started, a partial refund will be available based upon how much work has been done on your commission already. A full refund is only available if no progress on the commission has been made.
Likewise you cannot get a refund for an image you got with a significant other or friend you no longer associate with if it is already completed.
Quotes are only valid for 30 days after receiving them, as prices are subject to change over time.5. DisclaimerMy artwork is representative of fiction and fantasy. Only fully fictional non-human creatures (anthros, dragons, gryphons) may be depicted in sexual situations, and even then, such beings are of consenting age and mindset.These terms of service are subject to change at the artist’s discretion.By proceeding with commissioning me, you agree to all of the terms listed above.6. NFT, AIMy artwork is not to be minted for NFT under any circumstances.
I do not consent to my artwork being used in data sets for any form of generative AI.Reference material created using generative AI is not allowed under any circumstances. Individuals that provide or are found to be supportive of generative AI software will be blacklisted.
